Building on the success of our previous contract, we are excited to announce that our partnership with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) continued for the period of July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022. This second contract with the Early Childhood Education Professional Development Organization (ECE PDO) at PASSHE allowed Pacific Medical Training to expand our impact, reaching more educators across the state with essential first aid and CPR training.
In this phase of our partnership, we extended our services across 62 counties in the Southwest, Northwest, Central, and Northeast regions of Pennsylvania. By collaborating with Shippensburg University, we ensured that high-quality Pediatric First Aid and CPR training, aligned with American Heart Association (AHA) standards, was accessible to early childhood educators in these areas.

We’re thrilled to share the success of our statewide contract awarded by the Early Childhood Education Professional Development Organization (ECE PDO) at the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021. In addition to the PASSHE contract, we were awarded two statewide contracts by the Pennsylvania Health Management Corporation (PHMC) for the periods July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, and July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, further cementing our role as a trusted partner in education and training. Additionally, we achieved a milestone with an unprecedented CPR contract from the Department of the Army, awarded as a total small business set-aside. This partnership allows us to provide essential CPR training to soldiers at Fort Gordon, exemplifying our ability to deliver high-quality, impactful training across diverse sectors.
